Our fees for the EPC / Energy Performance Certificates are as follows:

| Two Bedrooms | £60 |
| Three Bedrooms | £65 |
| Four Bedrooms | £70 |
| Five Bedrooms | £75 |
| Six Bedrooms | £80 |
Prices for 2D Floor Plans are based on the number of floors in the property.
Prices are as follows

| 4 floors | £60 |
